Love your blog…I think the difference between the success and failure of photo/style blogs like this is the quality of the images and the taste level/selection by the curator (yourself). keep up the nice work…. I will definitely be coming back for more…
Looking at your archive helps put me in touch with what I am doing…and subsequently, why I am blogging about what I am doing, especially lately. Thank you. My daughter has moved back…just today. My stuff has exploded out of closets and off of shelves and I am looking at it. And because I am REALLY looking at it, for the first time in a long time, I am considering it and what it says to me. If the ‘stuff’ says nothing, I am freecycling. If it speaks, I am listening. In perusing your space, I discover that this is something we are all doing. :0)
Completely unrelated, I have a technical question about your use of Twenty Ten. I used to USE this theme. However, I was wondering how you can display your visual archive in the way that you do? It makes enlarging your sub topics so accessible. Lovely work…
Painter Lady,
Thank you for your comment. I’m really happy to hear that our project has helped inspire you to look at your belongings in a totally different way. This is one of the reasons why we love doing what we do.
Regarding the layout, my partner, Nhi helped customize our WordPress.com theme using css/html.
I hope that helps.
